Hi my name is Aaron Dowds and I think life should be an adventure with Health and Happiness which is why I started HaHA - Health and Happiness Adventures. I have been happily married for 21 years and have 5 beautiful and lively children from 6 to 17. I have lead local youth charities, and helped build an orphan's village in the poorest country in the western hemisphere, Haiti. I have learned over many years what it takes to live healthy and happy and have an adventure at the same time. It's difficult to juggle all the demands on our time so I love to share the wealth of wisdom I've picked up and collected on my adventure.
